How do I

Answer:
Currently there are several ways to apply for a loan. You may
telephone or visit the branch location in your area. You may fax
or email the printable application from our website.
Does it cost
anything to apply? [

Answer:
Absolutely not, there is no charge to apply for a loan with
Patriot Loan Company.
What will I
need to apply? [

Answer:
We will just need some basic information to get started such as
name, address, phone number, last date of current enlistment,
monthly pay amount, and social security number.
Who is
eligible to apply for a loan?

Answer:
All Patriot Loan Company offices serve all active duty services
members, regardless of rank or military branch. We also serve retirees,
civil service, DOD employees, National Guard, and Reservists but
this varies by location and this information can be found under
the office locator tab on our website.
What if I have
had a bankruptcy, have little or no credit history, or my credit
is not good? [

Answer: We are
often able to help people that have some blemishes on their credit
history. We take a number of things into consideration when
making a loan decision.
How long does
it take to get an answer on my application?

Answer:
If you visit, phone, or fax the location on in your area you can
expect an answer in minutes in most cases. If you email your
application it will take 24 to 48 hours.
Can I check my
account online? [

Answer:
Not at this time. You may call the branch location where you
opened your loan and they will be glad to provide this
information. These phone numbers can be found on the
location
page of this site.
What types of
payments do you accept? [

Answer:
Most of our loans are repaid by MAC allotment. We can do
electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments directly from your bank
account if you authorize them. We are also set up to do TruePay
and MoneyGram transactions.
What if I am
not stationed near one of your locations?

Answer:
At the present time we are only able to process loans in the branch
locations listed on the website. If you are unable to visit the
office we will be unable to process a loan.
If I move will
my loan move with me? [

Answer:
We have a number of options to continue to serve you when service
to your country takes you to a new location. We would be glad to
discuss these options with you when you call with your change of
address.
